SIRTAP UAV Braking System Test Rig (2024–2025)
We successfully designed and custom-manufactured a dedicated test rig for the SIRTAP Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) braking system, in collaboration with Airbus and CIAC. Our engineering focus ensured the optimal functionality and precise simulation required to validate the system's performance envelope. This complex project secures the operational safety and mission readiness of a next-generation military asset through rigorous in-house testing capability.
CASA-212 Pad Certification Test Rig (2020–2021)
This project involved the bespoke fabrication of a specialized test machine for the certification of CASA-212 brake pads, delivered to the Colombian Air Force. We performed extensive component analysis and precise adjustments to meet specific military and aviation standards. The installation provided the client with essential, localized testing capability, ensuring optimal performance and the critical safety compliance of their fleet’s braking systems.
AS9100 Brake Pad Manufacturing Capability Setup (2020–2022)
We successfully established and implemented a complete brake pad manufacturing capability under the strict AS9100 quality management standard. This comprehensive organizational overhaul included exhaustive process inspections, precise machinery calibration, and the integration of certified supply chains. This critical milestone ensures the optimal performance and long-term reliability of components manufactured by our company for global aerospace operations.
